• Discord user IDs, server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, and message IDs
• server configuration data such as prefixes, logging settings, autoroles, sticky roles, moderation settings, and premium-related settings
• moderation and operational data such as moderation records, mute data, voice mute data, bans, lock sessions, support requests, bug reports, and feedback
• activity and analytics data such as aggregated message activity, active user counts, channel activity counts, event timestamps, join and leave activity, voice activity, and mentions, embeds, and attachments usage counts
• premium and entitlement data such as guild ID, entitlement ID, SKU ID, subscription-related identifiers made available through Discord, premium status, verification timestamps, and limited manual support override metadata

4. Message Content Processing

AstraX may process message content where necessary to:

• execute commands
• apply moderation rules
• process automod or moderation context
• support logging features
• detect or handle feature-specific actions requested by users or administrators

Message content is processed only where AstraX is present and only as reasonably necessary for the feature being used.

5. How We Use Data

AstraX processes data only for legitimate service-related purposes, including:

• operating commands and core features
• configuring server-specific behavior
• enforcing moderation actions
• supporting temporary scheduled moderation actions
• operating logging systems
• generating analytics and activity reports
• enabling, validating, or revoking premium access
• detecting abuse, fraud, misuse, or operational issues
• debugging, support, and service improvement
• protecting the security and integrity of AstraX

AstraX does not use your data for advertising or data brokerage.

6. Payment Information

AstraX does not directly process or store full payment card details for purchases made through Discord.

If you purchase AstraX Premium through Discord, billing and payment processing are handled by Discord and/or its payment providers, such as Stripe.

AstraX may receive limited subscription or entitlement-related metadata necessary to activate, verify, support, or audit premium access.

7. Data Sharing

AstraX does not sell personal data.

AstraX may share or disclose data only in limited circumstances:

• with service providers or infrastructure providers reasonably necessary to operate AstraX
• where required by law, regulation, legal process, or valid governmental request
• where necessary to detect, prevent, or address fraud, abuse, security issues, or technical problems
• where necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of AstraX, users, Discord communities, or third parties

8. Data Retention

AstraX retains data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

• temporary moderation scheduling data may be removed after expiration or once no longer needed
• configuration data may remain while AstraX is installed and configured in a server
• analytics and operational records may be retained while necessary to provide features, maintain service stability, or support premium reports
• premium entitlement and subscription-related records may be retained while premium access is active and for a reasonable period afterward for support, fraud prevention, operational reconciliation, and dispute handling
• support and bug report data may be retained as needed to resolve issues and maintain support history

If AstraX is removed from a server, related server data may be deleted within a reasonable timeframe, subject to operational, legal, security, or dispute-related needs.

9. Security

AstraX uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure.

However, no system can guarantee absolute security, and use of online services always carries some level of risk.

• request deletion of data associated with you
• request access to certain data associated with you
• request correction of inaccurate data, where applicable
• object to or restrict certain processing, where applicable

Because AstraX operates primarily at the server level, some requests may require coordination with the relevant server owner or administrator.

To request deletion of data associated with you or your server, contact AstraX through the support methods listed below.

We may need enough information to verify the request and identify the relevant records. We may deny or limit requests where retention is required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, or other legitimate operational reasons.

AstraX is not intended for children below the minimum age required to use Discord in their jurisdiction.

AstraX may use hosting, infrastructure, or service providers in multiple jurisdictions.
