Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AstraX, including the AstraX Discord bot, website, premium features, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By using AstraX, inviting the bot to a server, purchasing AstraX Premium, or otherwise accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. About AstraX

AstraX is a Discord-focused service that provides moderation, logging, utility, analytics, and premium server management features.

AstraX is an independent service and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Discord, except as a developer using Discord's platform and APIs.

5. Server Owner and Administrator Responsibility

Server owners and administrators are responsible for how AstraX is configured and used in their servers.

If you enable moderation, logging, analytics, autoroles, or similar features, you are responsible for ensuring your server's use of those features complies with applicable law and your own server policies.

6. Premium Features and Subscriptions

AstraX may offer paid premium features for servers through Discord's monetization systems.

Premium access may depend on an active Discord entitlement, subscription, or other valid premium authorization recognized by AstraX.

Premium features may include advanced activity analytics, premium moderation insights, lock history, premium reporting, and future premium-only tools.

Premium access is granted only while the relevant entitlement or authorized premium state remains active, unless otherwise stated by AstraX. AstraX may also use limited manual overrides for support, testing, fraud prevention, or recovery.

7. Billing, Renewals, and Cancellations

If AstraX Premium is purchased through Discord, billing, subscription processing, renewals, and cancellations are handled by Discord and/or its payment providers.

You must manage your subscription through Discord's interfaces where applicable. AstraX does not directly process or store full payment card details.

If a subscription ends, expires, is refunded, is revoked, or the entitlement is otherwise removed, AstraX Premium access may be disabled or limited.

8. Refunds

Refund requests, billing disputes, and payment issues for purchases processed by Discord are generally subject to Discord's billing, refund, and platform rules.

Unless required by law or explicitly stated by AstraX in writing, AstraX does not independently guarantee refunds for purchases processed through third-party platforms.

9. Changes to Features and Pricing

We may update, improve, restrict, replace, reprice, or discontinue any part of AstraX, including premium features, at any time.

We may also change feature availability, limits, commands, analytics outputs, or eligibility criteria. If required by applicable law or platform rules, changes to pricing or subscription terms will apply as permitted by the relevant platform.

10. Availability

We aim to keep AstraX available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

AstraX may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, bugs, security issues, third-party outages, Discord API limitations, infrastructure failures, or events outside our reasonable control.

11. Data and Privacy

Your use of AstraX is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using AstraX, you acknowledge that AstraX may process and store limited data necessary to provide features, including moderation, analytics, logging, configuration, premium entitlement handling, and support.

12. Third-Party Services

AstraX relies on third-party services and platforms, including Discord.

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, payment issues, entitlement issues, security events, or functionality changes caused by third-party services.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to AstraX, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, if we believe:

AstraX is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstraX disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, security, and accuracy.

We do not guarantee that AstraX will always be available, error-free, complete, or suitable for every specific use case.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstraX and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstraX's total liability arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the amount paid by you for AstraX Premium during the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.

16. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AstraX and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your server's use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your violation of the rights of a third party.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we may update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the website, support server, or Service.

Your continued use of AstraX after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
